I think we can abbreviate this to #RSG2HS100, for those who love hashtags and easy ways to remember things. Just say that out loud and it will get in your head… R.S.G.2.H.S.100.
So what is the premise for the challenge?
Teacher and self-made multi-millionaire, John Assaraf, says that if we make ridiculously small goals and repeat them for 100 days we can create habits that are then scaleable because the brain has created a new neural pathway. This challenge has been designed to test that premise.
Watch the video to better understand the neuro-science of this approach.
So what is the #RSG2HS100 challenge?
To create a ridiculously small goal and carry that out for 100 days until it is embedded as a habit.
The entire challenge is for 102 days (includes a day to set up the challenge and a day to review the challenge).
Day 1 – Decide what your ridiculously small goal will be and complete the Commitment downloadable sheet supplied.
Day 2-101 – Repeat that ridiculously small action. Fill in the commitment chart as you go.
Day 102 – Review and report back on how you went and any spin-off effects – ie it made it easier to upscale and introduce bigger changes, etc.
